Two intimate luxury hotels rooted in the extraordinary landscapes of the Himalayas and the City of Lakes. Curated for those who travel to feel something real.
Manali & Udaipur — two landscapes, two entirely different worlds.
Consistently rated among India's finest boutique hotel experiences.
Every ingredient, material & experience drawn from within the region.
Experiences designed to be felt long after the journey ends.
"The finest hospitality is invisible — it simply makes you feel more present, more alive, more here."
Anvaya — meaning connection in Sanskrit — was built on a deceptively simple idea: that the most meaningful travel creates a genuine bond between a person and a place.
We opened our first property in Manali and our second in Udaipur not because they are popular destinations, but because each has something rare — a quality of light, a silence, a pace of life — that the right kind of hotel can draw out and offer to a guest.
Every detail at Anvaya — the materials, the menus, the experiences — is drawn from what grows, what is made, and what is lived in the area around each property.
Each hotel is a distinct world — shaped by its terrain, its stories, and its people.
A mountain sanctuary above the Beas Valley. Rooms carved from local deodar and stone, perched at 2,100m with unobstructed views of the Kullu peaks.
Heritage rooms steps from the ghats of Lake Pichola. A quietly magnificent address in the City of Lakes — where marble, water, and light converge.

Udaipur
UdaipurGuided treks through ancient deodar groves with our naturalist, ending with a wood-fired breakfast in a forest clearing above the valley.
Private wooden boat on the lake as the sun sets behind the Aravalli hills. Curated Rajasthani stories, local wine, and a silence unlike any other.
Farm-to-table dinners drawn from what grows within 50km of each property — seasonal, regional, prepared with complete love.
Pahadi weaving in Manali or Mewar miniature painting in Udaipur — intimate workshops led by master craftspeople from the village.
Ancient Ayurvedic treatments adapted for mountain and desert climates, using ingredients sourced from forests and farms around each hotel.
We build bespoke days — secret temples, the local market our chef buys from, the chai stall nobody else knows. Nothing from a tourist brochure.
Anvaya Manali felt less like checking into a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone's home at the edge of the world. The silence in the morning — you can hear the river — is something I didn't know I needed.
The rooftop at sunset in Udaipur — Lake Pichola turning gold, the City Palace lit up, not a sound except the water. That's the image I will carry from this trip for the rest of my life.
The Pahadi weaving session was the highlight of our entire Manali trip. Our teacher had been making these fabrics for forty-five years. That kind of access is simply not available anywhere else.
Two extraordinary properties. Limited rooms. We recommend booking early — especially for peak season (Oct–Mar in Udaipur, Apr–Jun & Dec–Jan in Manali).
